    • Been an awesome truck!

I do wish they would offer a V8 version but everything else including the power is better on my new 2025 Tundra compared to my 2014 Tundra model. - Faster and better for towing - Handles Much better and way better breaking. - Better interior quality in the new model, the door panels in my 2014 would get scratched if a slight breeze blew on them and the sync to my phone and voice features barely worked in my older Tundra. - Overall Reliability goes to the previous gen, my 2014 model which did have a front transfer case leak around 15-20,000 miles as well. - So far, no mechanical issues in my 2025 Tundra. - The new Tundra is safer with the driving features and airbags, and the automatic rear braking feature is nice, but it doesn't have to many nanny driving features at all. - Looks are an opinion as I like both, newer model looks a little meaner though! Mine has a 3 inch suspension lift. -I do love some of the new tech with the backup camera and heated and cooled seats. -I love that they still kept the center console/manual shifter. Not a fan of the electronic shifters and dials etc. -Still, plenty of buttons to control everything without the use of having to use the big screen. -The v6 with a Shelby Borla muffler swap sounds pretty mean, deep and nothing like a regular v6. -It's a lot faster and more agile than my 2014 model. They still kept the back full roll down window as well which is nice. -The seats are pretty comfy and more adjustable. -I like the new driving modes, Eco, Sport, terrain etc.

So I baught my 2026 Tundra 1794 about 3 months ago. I absolutely love this beautiful machine. Everything about it screams luxury and class. I've so far had 0 issues. I have no complaints what so ever.

Ive had over 30 vehicles. Ive worked on my own stuff all my life and I use my vehicles. The 2023 Tundra 1794 edition was my first new vehicle. I bought it new in July 2023 as a demo vehicle with 4000 miles on it. I now have almost 87000 miles 3 years later. I have commuted this truck in the city, driven it coast to coast twice. I have taken it off road, with no modifications other than stock size mud terrain tires, in colorado and wyoming. I have towed 10,000 lb trailers numerous times. And I have driven in sandy beach terrain dozens of times. I've done pretty much everything with this truck. I've even slept in it! And it has never let me down. All I do is regular maintence according to the dealer schedule, and keep it clean. This truck has amazing saftey ratings and features, rides fantastic on and off road and has great power. It drives very smooth but if you want to hot rod it, she moves too. She tows amazing as well, the tow mpg is okay but to be expected out of a gas truck. I generally average 17-18mpg with a mix of city/highway, But if you're nice to the gas pedal I generally get over 20mpg on long highway trips. Heaveier Towing is about 9-13 depending on weight/speed/direction.
