Executive Team

Jason Bourne, President

Jason is the fourth generation in his family's transportation business.  After attending Oliver Ames High School and Babson College, he began working in the family business with his father at our Brockton, MA location where he assisted with all leasing and livery operations.  He began purchasing vehicles and selling many of Bourne's off-lease vehicles in 1996.  Before long, the used car operations had outgrown our Brockton location so he decided to expand to Easton, MA.  After outgrowing two locations in Easton, he moved the majority of the operations to our current location in Easton on Belmont Street in 2003 where we now have over 20 service bays and a full body shop.  In 2015, Jason purchased the former Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach facility which expanded the Bourne's footprint to Florida.  Bourne's is now recognized as one of the largest independent auto dealers in the United States while stocking 1,000 vehicles and selling over 50,000 and counting.  Jason has received many accolades throughout his career and is actively involved with numerous charities.  Outside of the car business, he enjoys spending time with his family and their many activities.  He currently lives in Easton with his wife and four children.

Michael Kelley, General Manager

Michael started his career at Bourne's in September of 2003.  He started as the point sales person as Bourne's expanded to the current location at Belmont Street.   In his current role he oversees all operations of 4 Bourne Enterprises, Inc. locations.  He grew up in Easton, graduated from Oliver Ames High School and is a graduate of Assumption College in Worcester, MA.    Michael has been featured in Auto Remarketing magazine for his expertise in vehicle reconditioning and was a keynote speaker at the Cox Automotive DMS Edge conference where he spoke on leveraging technology in your dealership.  In his free time he enjoys attending his kid's sporting events, playing basketball and spending time on Cape Cod with his Family.  He currently resides in Easton with his wife and 2 children, where he was born and raised.
Michael Kelley

Andrew Gesner, Assistant General Manager, General Sales Manager

Andrew started at Bourne's Auto Center in October 2012, he comes with a long history in the automotive industry.  He is the 4th generation to continue the tradition, growing up in his family business Gesner Subaru, AMC, Jeep, Renault.  He started at a very young age of 8 washing cars on the weekends and cleaning up around the shop.  He graduated from Diman Regional Tech in 1994 at the top of his class in auto mechanics.  He began his automotive journey learning everything could about the automotive business.  He started working full time as an automotive technician eventually moving his way through every department, Parts, Service, Sales, Buying Agent and much more.  As he states, " I Just love cars and assisting customers in getting the car of their dreams, it's in my blood."  When he isn't working you will find him with his family.  Andrew is married with two children and spends every second he can at his children's events, dance, soccer, baseball and more.  In his spare time he enjoys golfing, working on race cars and boating.  If you need any assistance with anything automotive related give him a call.  If you are struggling with your golf game he may even have a tip or two for you as well!

Jacqui Bourne, Office Manager/Accounting

Jacqui returned to the family business in 2002.  After completing her degree at Salve Regina in Newport she began working with the DYS and DSS programs.  She has had held numerous roles here at Bourne's from sales to service advising and assisting with livery operations all while organizing and implementing proper accounting practices.  Undoubtedly, the biggest accomplishment was implementing our current dealer management systems.  After extensive training the system went live in July of 2008.  Currently, Jacqui handles accounts receivable and manages the accounting department.  Jacqui grew up in Easton where she currently resides.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family on Cape Cod.

Shawn began his employment at Bourne's in March of 2008.  Shawn was promoted to General Sales Manager in the spring of 2013.  Shawn's finance experience will help us to streamline the vehicle sales process for our customers.  Before being named General Sales Manager, Shawn served as  point Business Manager handling 90% of the customer transactions.  He came to Bourne's with over 10 years of finance and insurance experience.  He graduated from Bentley College with a BS in Business Administration.  Shawn grew up in Sunapee, NH and currently resides in Braintree, MA.  He enjoys sports, watching movies, MMA and spending time with his family.

David Pair, E-Business Manager

David began his sales career at Bourne's in September of 2004.  He has been one of the long standing top performers in our sales department.  His strong work ethic and attention to detail ensures his customers are always satisfied.  Before coming to Bourne's he was in the Auto Body industry.  He has studied computer networking, web design and computer programming at New England Technical Institute.  David was born and raised in Easton, MA and attended Southeastern Regional.  In his free time he enjoys working on his vehicles, troubleshooting computer problems and spending time with his family.  David currently resides in Taunton, MA.

Jarred works in our Service department as one of our technicians.  He started his career at Bourne's in 2011 with over 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, and, like many of our service and body shop staff, he attended Southeastern Regional high school.

Michael Clark, Service Manager

Mike began his career at Bourne's in September of 2003.  He grew up in his father's repair facility and has hands on experience in all aspects of mechanical repair.  He began here in our repair facility while completing his college coursework.  He quickly was promoted to service advisor.  After a little while he was promoted to service manager.  It is truly unique to have a point service advisor that has this type of mechanical knowledge and the ability to communicate it to our customers in layman's terms.  Mike was born and raised in Easton and he is a cousin of the Bourne family.  He currently resides in West Bridgewater, MA with his wife.

Jason was hired at Bourne's in September of 2007.  He had recently received his Mass Bay College Auto Technology degree.  Jay is an ASE Certified Master Technician Advanced Level Specialist  His specialization was in BMW technology and he performed his internship at Inskip BMW in Rhode Island.  He was born, raised and currently resides in Easton, MA.  At 10 years old Jason was changing everyone in his family's oil!  In his free time you will find him at some of the local establishments singing and playing guitar in his band.

Steve Seay, Technician

Steve Seay is an extremely experienced technician who is always walking around with a smile on his face in and out of work. He has 23 years of experience and graduated from Bristol-Plymouth Regional Tech. with a concentration in auto mechanics.

Joe Sinkiewicz, Technician

Joe joined our team in 2013, he brings with him 17 years of General Motors experience and almost 20 years of total experience. He was born in and resides in Brockton. In his spare time he enjoys his motorcycles, kayaking and kayak fishing, the outdoors, spending time with his dogs, and volunteering in many charity organizations including Relay For Life and Toys For Tots.

Dave Bagge, A Level Technician

Dave works in our Service department as one of our technicians.  He started his career at Bourne's in March 2011.  He brings with him over 31 years of experience in the automotive industry.  He attended Oliver Ames high school.  He is GM Training center certified in over 60 classes.  In his free time he enjoys boating and motorcycle touring.  He resides in Easton, Ma with his wife, who have been together for 37 years.  They have 2 children and 3 grandchildren.

Tim brings with him over 27 years of experience and is our Bodyshop Foreman.  He attended Southeastern Regional high school.  In his free time he enjoys martial arts.  He resides in Brockton, Ma with his wife and 2 daughters.

Scott Rodriguez, Collision Repair Technician

Scott works in our Body Shop department as one of our technicians.  He has over 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.  He attended Blue Hills Regional technical school and NE Institute of Technology.  He grew up in Randolph, Ma and now resides in Stoughton, Ma.

George Marquez, Towing Department

George works in our Towing Departmentt as our towtruck driver.  He started his career at Bourne's in 2011.  He brings with him over 5 years of experience in the automotive industry and his experience from his attendance at Southeastern Regional high school.  In his free time he enjoys watching the Bruins and having a good time with good people.  He has an interest for rc cars, cars in general, and anything mustang.  He resides in Brockton, Ma.


Vehicle Purchasing Team

Russell Burnham, Senior Purchasing Agent

Russell came to Bourne's in 2003 in a part time role purchasing inventory for multiple dealers.  In September of 2004, we decided that we wanted to make Bourne's his permanent home.  Russell has over 25 years of purchasing experience in the automotive industry.  Born and raised in Brockton, MA, he now resides in Easton, MA with his wife and three children.

Ryan Kass, Vehicle Purchasing Agent

Ryan is the longest standing employee here at Bourne's. He started his profession in the automotive industry at Bourne's in September of 1998.  He has over 14 years of experience.  He attended Oliver Ames high school and continued his education at Massasoit Community College.  He is an ASE Certified Master Technician.  He is dedicated to overseeing all aspects of the parts department and ensuring that all the parts are ordered correctly and efficiently to provide the very best customer service.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and building custom cars. He was born in Easton, Ma and currently resides in Norton, Ma with his wife and three children.

Kerryn started her career at Bourne's Auto Center in September 2011.  She is our senior receptionist and has been a delightful addition to our staff.  She graduated Norton High in 2011 and continues her education at Bridgewater State University as a business major and Accounting and Finance minor. Kerryn brings with her a cheery disposition and great work ethic every day. 

Bill Cannon, Accounts Payable

Bill has been employed at Bourne's since July of 2008.  He has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry.  He started working in his family owned Cannon Buick and Pontiac in Middleboro, MA.   He also worked at Chace Chevy.  In his position at Bourne's, he is currently responsible for all accounts payable.  He resides in Wareham, MA with his wife and two children.
