At Bourne's Auto Center we are committed to making sure that every customer is happy with their pre-owned vehicle. Â To prove it, If you are not fully satisfied with your pre-owned vehicle we will exchange that vehicle with another vehicle in our inventory!
- Vehicle must return to our dealership to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager within 3 days or 300 miles to be eligible for exchange.
- Some high end vehicles are excluded, please be sure to check with Sales Associate or Finance Manager to see if your vehicle qualifies
- Customers are only able to take advantage of our exchange one time only.
- The dealership WILL NOT refund tax, title, registration and license fees. However, the customer may be eligible for abatements from the state for some of these costs. Customers must pay any interest and principal balances and/or any other amounts due in order to provide a free and clear title of the vehicle to the dealership. Â Vehicle insurance and/or any related expenses are all separate transactions from the vehicle purchase and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The dealership will refund customers Documentation Fee.
- NOTE: If the loan balance exceeds the "agreed upon trade-in or actual cash value," this will create a negative equity situation and the client will be responsible for paying that amount, and it will be factored into the calculation of the total the trade-in amount on another Bourne's Auto Center vehicle.
