    Jason is the fourth generation in his family's business.  He began working in the business with his father at our Brockton location where he assisted with all leasing and livery operations.  He began purchasing vehicles and selling many of Bourne's lease turn in's in the mid 1990's.  Before long the used car operations had outgrown our Brockton location and he moved half of the operations to Easton.  After out growing two locations in Easton he moved most operations to our current location in 2003.  Jason has received many accolades throughout his career and his actively involved with numerous charities.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, you will often find him at the soccer and baseball fields or at the hockey rink.  He currently lives in Easton with his wife and four children.

    Michael started his career at Bourne's in September of 2003.  He started as the point sales person as Bourne's expanded to the current location at Belmont Street.   In his current role he manages all operations of Bourne Enterprises, Inc.  He is a graduate of Assumption College in Worcester, MA.  He has completed the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Training.  In his free time he enjoys playing many different sports and spending time on Cape Cod with his Family.  He currently resides in Easton where he was born and raised.

    Chris started his employment at Bourne's Auto Center in December of 2006.  His objective upon employment was to develop and maintain the Finance Department protocol, implementing all industry-standard processes and procedures.  After three years at the helm of the Finance Department he was promoted to General Sales Manager in December of 2009.  Prior to his arrival at Bourne's he started in the business at Jack Madden Ford in 1999.  He is certified in Finance by the J, M &A group.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and completing various projects around his house.  He was born and raised in Stoughton where he currently resides with his wife and two dogs.

    Shawn began his employment at Bourne's in March of 2008.  He has recently become the point Business Manager and handles 90% of the customer transactions.  He came to Bourne's with over 10 years of finance and insurance experience.  He graduated from Bentley College with a BS in Business Administration.  Shawn grew up in Sunapee, NH and currently resides in Braintree, MA.  He enjoys sports, watching movies, MMA and spending time with his family.

    David joined our sales team in November of 2007.  He has advanced quickly and was promoted to Assistant Sales Manager in June of 2009.   David strengths are customer service and eagerness to learn.  David has attended and graduated the American Management Finance traiing held in Chicago, as well as the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage course.  David is a life long member of the Order of Demolay of Massachusetts and was once recognized as the Master Counselor of the Middleboro Chapter.  In 2004 David was one of the youngest members of the Free Mason's of Massachusetts.  He accredits his success from what he has learned through his brethen of these orders.  David was born and raised in Middleboro and currently resides in Easton.

    David began his sales career at Bourne's in September of 2004.  He has been one of the long standing top performers in our sales department.  His strong work ethic and attention to detail ensures his customers are always satisfied.  Before coming to Bourne's he was in the Auto Body industry.  He has studied computer networking, web design and computer programming at New England Technical Institute.  David was born and raised in Easton, MA and attended Southeastern Regional.  In his free time he enjoys working on his vehicles, troubleshooting computer problems and spending time with his family.  David currently resides in Taunton, MA.

    Tim Strong started his Bourne's career in the Spring of 2010, and is currently serving our country in the Massachusetts National Guard. He is also enrolled in the Fire Science Technology program at Bunker Hill Community College. Tim has been a part of the Bournes family since February of 2010. His inventory associate duties included keeping our inventory neat, our vehicles gassed, and doing various errands. Tim was promoted to our sales team very quickly because he shows a great work ethic and ability to interact and listen to our customers needs. Tim also brings over 9 years of customer service with him.

    Scott Phillips joined the Bourne's sales staff in June of 2010. Scott brings with him over 5 years of sales experience. While building on his sales career, Scott graduated from Massasoit Community College with and Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Scott also served in the United States Air Force for 4 years. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his friends and family, watching sports, going to movies, and has recently picked up golf and fishing. Scott currently resides in Middleboro, MA, where he has lived for most of his life.

    Russell came to Bourne's in 2003 in a part time role purchasing inventory for multiple dealers.  In September of 2004, we decided that we wanted to make Bourne's his permanent home and he has been the exclusive purchasing agent for Bourne's.  Russell has over 20 years of purchasing experience in the automotive industry.  Born and raised in Brockton, MA, he now resides in Easton, MA with his wife and three children.

    Brian joined the Bourne's team in October of 2006 to help keep the website up to date, but it quickly became clear that he had a bit more to offer than data entry. Over the course of his time here, he's shouldered a wide array of responsibilities, including everything from training new hires and guiding new inventory to our retail lot, to handling sales of unusual items, acting as impromptu detailer, and even writing a short-lived Bourne's blog! He spends his free time hiking, reading, fishing, and perfecting his cribbage game.  A Middleborough native, he brings an affable personality and unmatched problem solving skills to the showroom.

    Meghan has been employed at Bourne's Auto Center since June 2006.  She was hired as the point person for all registration running and processing.  Meghan is CVR certified and processes all registrations in house, adding more responsibilities to her busy day.  Meghan is currently enrolled part time at Mass Art.  In her free time, she enjoys, painting, drawing, interior design, and yoga.  Meghan currently resides West Brigdewater, MA.

    Mike began his career at Bourne's in September of 2003.  He grew up in father's repair facility and has hands on experience in all aspects of mechanical repair.  He began here in our repair facility while completing his college coursework.  He quickly was promoted to our first and only service advisor.  It is truly unique to have a point service advisor that has this type of mechanical knowledge and the ability to communicate it to our customers in layman's terms.  Mike was born and raised in Easton and he is a cousin of the Bourne family.  He currently resides in West Bridgewater, MA.

    Ryan is the longest standing employee here at Bourne's.  He started his profession in the automotive industry at Bourne's in September of 1998.  Ryan has always been excellent with his hands therefore the natural progression was to oversee the addition and growth of the service operations here at Bourne's.  Currently, Ryan has overseen the addition of our parts department.  He is dedicated to overseeing all aspects of the department and ensuring that all the parts are ordered correctly and efficiently to provide the very best customer service.  Ryan is also an ASE Certified Master Technician.  In his free time he enjoys working on his vintage Ford Truck and various projects around his house.  He was born in Easton, MA and currently resides in Norton with his wife and three children.

    Ben was hired here at Bourne's in September of 2005.  He has been in the automotive industry for over 12 years.  His continuing education in the Automotive Service Excellence program keeps him on the cutting edge of automotive technology.  Prior to his employment at Bourne's he has worked at one of the largest Ford dealerships in Massachusetts and the Largest Toyota Dealer on the East Coast.  Currently Ben resides in Sharon, MA.

    Jason was hired at Bourne's in September of 2007.  He had recently received his Mass Bay College Auto Technology degree.  Jay is an ASE Certified Master Technician Advanced Level Specialist  His specialization was in BMW technology and he performed his internship at Inskip BMW in Rhode Island.  He was born, raised and currently resides in Easton, MA.  At 10 years old Jason was changing everyone in his family's oil!  In his free time you will find him at some of the local establishments singing and playing guitar in his band.

    Mike arrived at Bourne's in October of 2006.  He has over 10 years of experience in the automotive servicing industry.  Prior to his arrival at Bourne's, he was employed at Blue Hill Ford, Lincoln Mercury for 7 years.  Since his arrival at Bourne's he has studied to become an ASE Certified Master Technician.  Mike currently resides in Brockton, MA.  He is known as the comedian in the shop area, he has an impersonation for everyone!

    Marc arrived at Bourne's in the September of 2007.  He had received his associates degree at New England Institute of Technology.  He has over 8 years of automotive experience.  He has been employed at South Shore Chrysler and the former AutoLines.  He was born, raised and currently resides in Brockton, MA.

    Matt landed at Bourne's after his completion of the Southeastern Regional Automotive Program.  He started here in June of 2006.  Matt also spent time in New England Technical School's automotive program.  In his spare time he enjoys fixing up older vehicles.  Matt was born raised and resides right here in Easton, MA.

    Jacqui returned to the family business in 2002.  After completing her degree at Salve Regina in Newport she began working with the DYS and DSS programs.  She has had held numerous roles here at Bourne's from sales to service advising and assisting with livery operations all while organizing and implementing proper accounting practices.  Undoubtedly, the biggest accomplishment was implementing our current dealer management systems.  After extensive training the system went live in July of 2008.  Currently, Jacqui handles accounts receivable and manages the accounting department.  Jacqui grew up in Easton where she currently resides.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family on Cape Cod.

    Bill has been employed at Bourne's since July of 2008.  He has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry.  He started working in his family owned Cannon Buick and Pontiac in Middleboro, MA.   He also worked at Chace Chevy.  In his position at Bourne's, he is currently responsible for all accounts payable.  He resides in Wareham, MA with his wife and two children.

    Rob began his career at Bourne's in May of 2009.  He has over 5 years of experience in the Towing and Recovery industry.  Rob is on call 24 hours with the local police departments, where Bourne's is on rotation for accidents, arrests, and other motor vehicle breakdowns.  He resides in Brockton, MA.  In his free time he enjoys working on his own vehicle and maintaining the tow truck.

    Mark started at Bourne's in June of 2010 after graduating from the Universal Technical Institute's Automotive program in 2009.  He focuses on preparing our newest inventory for the lot, making sure every car goes through our inspection process.  A Brockton resident of the last five years, he serves our country as a member of the Air Force Reserves.  In his free time, Mark is building an Acura Integra for both performance and appearance, and plays classical piano!
